In compliance with what art. 13 of Italian Leg. Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 provides concerning personal information contained in the CV you intend to send to our company, we hereby inform you of the following:
1. Subject matter of the informative report
This informative report regards all of your personal data that will be processed by the company Record S.p.a.
2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal information is processed for the sole purpose of assessing your candidacy in the event of future employment with our company.
The information will be kept for a period no longer than 24 months from the date the CV is sent to us. Once this period of time has passed and you have not in the meantime been hired, the information will be deleted unless you renew your employment application by sending us your CV once again.
3. Processing procedures
The information will be processed either manually or with the help of modern computer systems in compliance with provisions of the law by persons specifically authorised to do so in their capacities of managers or appointees. The information shall be processed in a lawful manner, according to the principles of fairness, for the sole purposes stated above. In observance of legal restrictions, information not significant for the purpose of evaluating professional aptitude or that pertains to political, religious or trade union opinions you may have indicated in your employment application will not be processed.
4. Mandatory or optional nature of providing information and consequences of a refusal to answer
You are required to provide us with your information for the personnel selection activity.
Failure to communicate the necessary information, or providing incorrect information, could prevent us from taking your employment application into consideration.
5. Parties or categories of parties to whom the personal information can be communicated, and scope of its disclosure
In order to attain the goals set forth under paragraph 2, the data provided may be communicated to parties who carry out additional, instrumental services on behalf of the data controller such as, for example, maintenance of the company’s computer system.
In no case whatsoever shall the information be disclosed.
6. Rights of the interested party
Art. 7 of Italian Leg. Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 entitles you to obtain confirmation of whether or not your personal information exists, even if it is not yet recorded, and to receive said communication in intelligible form; to be knowledgeable of the origin of the personal information, of the purposes and procedures of the processing, of the logic applied in the case processing is carried out with the help of electronic tools; to obtain the update, correction or, when it is in your interest, the addition of information, its deletion, its conversion into anonymous form or the stoppage of information being processed in transgression of the law, including that information whose preservation is unnecessary with regard to the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed; demonstration that the origin of the information and the processing purposes and procedures have been brought to the knowledge of those parties to whom the information has been communicated or disclosed, also as far as its content is concerned, except for the case in which said fulfilment proves to be impossible or entails using means clearly disproportionate to the safeguarded right; the right to object, totally or in part, to processing your personal information for legitimate reasons, even if it is pertinent to the purpose of its collection.
7. Data controller and processing manager
The data controller is the company Record S.p.a., with registered office in via Italia 46, Garbagnate Monastero (LC), Italy, in the person of its legal representative pro-tempore. The managing director of the company, Monica Fioravanti, domiciled for her office at the registered office of the data controller, has been appointed processing manager.
