Owing to the vast possibilities of customizing it, the “PANDA” machine proves suitable for packaging all types of solid products, foods and non-foods, up to a speed of 300 packages per minute.
The use of high quality mechanical and electronic materials in building the machine ensure constant production efficiency over time and an excellent finished package results.
The “PANDA” model is designed to be integrated with a series of magazines and automatic infeed systems. Its touch screen panel guides the operator step by step in all preparation, adjustment and setting operations, with the chance to store all the data for up to 50 different products.
Available in the CLASSIC model, ideal for packaging with longitudinal sealing on the bottom part of the package, it proves suitable for easy to transport products.
Made in the TOP SEAL model with longitudinal sealing on the top part of the package, which is considered ideal for hard to transport products.
The P.A.P. model is recommended when packaging in a protective atmosphere is required.
The elimination or drastic reduction of the oxygen present in food packages considerably prolongs the shelf life of products.
When packaging in a “protective atmosphere”, the ambient oxygen (20.95%) is “replaced” with an inert gas inside the package: nitrogen, carbon dioxide or their mixtures. The lower the “residual oxygen” is inside the package, the longer the product’s lifetime will be.
